As the volume of a project grows, other requirements increase in proportion to it : clear, definite structuring of the entire development process and intensive contact with the client. These are the most important preconditions for successful project managment, but by no means the only ones, the upholding of correct business-managment principles and the ongoing optimization of process and organizational structures are also important, and so is regular staff training. The only substitute for experience is greater experience.
